Once we have received your payment the artwork will be freshly printed and shipped to you within 5 working days. Your order can be tracked using the trackingcode received in your confirmation email. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receipt of your order. To start a return request kindly send an email to info@ebonyartspot.com with subject #Returnorder to start the process and to receive further instructions. You will receive a response within 48 hours upon receipt of your email. Once we have received the order in good condition you will receive the amount in store credit. Please know that shipping costs will be at your expense.
